Jane Slatter joins us as our new Non-Executive Director (NED)

jane-slatter.JPGWe are pleased to announce that NHS Improvement have confirmed the appointment of Jane Slatter as a Non-Executive Director (NED) at CLCH.

Jane acts as a human resources (HR) and organisational development (OD) consultant who provides a range of consulting services at board level for clients often negotiating their way through significant organisational change. Her experience extends to supporting company start-ups, joint ventures and partnership working. Jane has worked extensively in commercial sectors however has over 10 years consulting experience within the NHS.  

Jane has previous corporate and international experience as an HR Director for several FTSE 100 companies, including British Gas. She was the HR Director for Goldfish Bank jointly owned with Lloyds from business inception.    

Jane holds a post degree coaching qualification with the Henley School of Management, is a qualified member of the British Psychological Society and is qualified in a range of executive psychometric tools. Jane sings in a community choir locally where she lives to raise funds for charity.

Non-Executive appointments to NHS Trusts made by the NHS Improvement are subject to the Cabinet Office Governance Code for Public Appointments.

Jane has been appointed from 9 April 2018 until 8 April 2022. She has not declared any political activity in the last five years.

CLCH Non-Executive Directors receive remuneration of £6,157 per annum.
