Our nutrition and dietetic teams assess dietary intake and provide nutrition advice to help people understand the impact of diet on their health and well-being, helping people live longer, healthier lives.

Our service works with adults and children who require support to manage a range of conditions including obesity, diabetes and nutrition support, and provides key public health messages and advice to the wider community.

Our nutritional and dietetic teams deliver individual and group clinical services, providing therapeutic diets to educate and promote lifestyle changes.

Our nutrition and dietetic teams work in schools, health centres and locations throughout the communities of Barnet, Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster.

Our nutrition and dietetic teams support people in a clinical setting or their home. We assess dietary intake, educate and advise, and provide a package of care to achieve the best health outcome for the individual and their condition/s.

Our nutrition and dietetics teams comprise of the following specialties:

  • Specialist dieticians in weight management, diabetes, nutrition support and paediatrics

People can be referred to our nutrition and dietetics services by their GP, hospital consultant or other healthcare professional.

Our nutrition and dietetic teams see people who are in need of assessment, advice and treatment on nutrition and weight loss issues.

Referrals are individually assessed based on need.
