We are on an exclusive list and shortlisted for an award

Published on: 01 October 2012

We have been included in the top 30 Employers for Working Families organisations and shortlisted for a Top Employers for Working Families award in the 'Best for Mothers' category. We were nominated in that category in recognition of the maternity mornings that we provide for pregnant employees and were up against Citi, Deloitte, KPMG and Loop Customer Management.

Richard Mor, head of transactional HR says:

"It's a great achievement to be put on this exclusive list as well as be nominated for such an award where our support for expectant mums has been recognised. The maternity sessions, held twice monthly, give CLCH mums the opportunity to meet and talk with other pregnant colleagues and receive information about maternity leave and pay, about 'keeping in touch' days, and also about our policies on breastfeeding.

"The maternity sessions also allow for detailed discussion on issues like childcare vouchers and breakdowns of maternity pay and pension entitlements which we know many women appreciate as it removes anxiety about income after childbirth and enhances our reputation as a magnet employer".
